This DJ was so professional yet flexible and clearly experienced. He was one of the things I could count on to go smoothly all throughout the reception. Firstly, he reached out to me first to provide a list of "must plays" and "do not plays". I am from Trinidad and there was some pretty contemporary (and some classic) Soca on my list...I mean, my family was going to be there and expected a good time. THEY WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. He definitely played the hits even my grandmother was moving her waist. But let's not forget the American oldies but goodies, the fun top forties and the party anthems. He brought everything. I wanted my reception to be an intimate but intense dance shindig and that's exactly what it was. I said he was flexible and I meant it. He easily went with the flow of the evening so nothing seemed forced. When folks clearly needed a breather and a water break, something slower came on...when you could clearly feel the energy rising, the upbeat favorites started blasting. (Oh and the sound quality was perfect, no sound issues or hiccups. I was fairly easygoing but even the most bride-zilla-est of bridezillas would have no complaints.) I also remember that a certain bride was maybe a little too dehydrated and had too much of an empty stomach for the post nuptial gin she was having *coughcoughmecoughcough* and during the father-daughter dance she tried to motion discreetly to this attentive DJ that he needed to cut it short but you know, in a way that seemed planned...he did. Crisis averted. Haha. I honestly cannot gush enough about the DJ, especially since it's been almost 5 months and guests still bring up how amazing he was casually in conversation.

Andy was extremely flexible and responsive to our music tastes and needs throughout the entire process. He helped the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception run smoothly! He had a wide range of music and also was able to accommodate any music we wanted during the day! The dance floor was packed the ENTIRE time because of his ability to read the room and match our music requests! He even was responsive to the bride at a moment's notice during the reception when she requested music!!! We appreciate his expertise during our wedding! Thanks Andy for making the day great!

Okay so it took me FOREVER to find the perfect DJ for my BIG DAY. I was nervous especially after seeing quotes from many other DJs. But something told me to email Andy Yorke and inquire for my wedding. Andy was attentive, professional, courteous, and he knew exactly what I was looking for on my wedding day. I needed music that was Up beat and music that kept my guests on the dance floor. Andy did just that! He was polite and ensured me he was going to be prompt, present and ready on my wedding day. I sent Andy and list of "Must Plays" and a list/ itinerary of how my wedding day should flow. And followed all directions and handled the weird obstacle we was face with at my venue. I felt at ease when he called me and told me "I got this". I trusted Andy and I am glad I did. I plan to book Andy again for ANY event I have in the future, he was awesome! Kept my guests on their toes and my money in my pocket :) Andy even wore my wedding colors which was a bonus for me :) We had fun and I would recommend his services to ANY bride or groom on their upcoming wedding date. Best choice ever!

We are so lucky to have found Andy! He was wonderful to work with and very accomodating. He came to our house for in interview visit and we instantly felt confident in his talent and experience with weddings. He provided the full menu of services we needed, including music and sound for the ceremony, music for the reception, a monitor for a revolving slide show, and uplighting. Andy was in sync with the ceremony and never missed a beat. The hardest part of hiring a DJ is trusting the DJ's ability to read a crowd and pick the right tunes to get them dancing. At our wedding, Andy started the music after the toast, the dancing started and it didn't stop until the end of the night. I don't think he ever took a break. We could easily have spent twice as much on a DJ and gotten no more service for our money. Thank you Andy for making our daughter's special day incredible. Sent on 06/27/2017

DJ Andy Yorke was absolutely awesome. He DJ'd my wedding, including the ceremony and cocktail hour. He found every song on the playlist I sent him, even the ones I thought would be impossible to find. The flow of the music at the reception was perfect. My Husband and I, and my guests, were extremely happy and all had a great time. Andy was extremely professional from the moment I met him, and discussing the details. We worked with Andy for our wedding, and were very happy with how the day went! He was always prompt in responding to emails and worked with the long playlist I sent, with some of the songs being pretty obscure. He was with us all day (from 10:00am-5:00pm)! He set up outside for our ceremony, and then had to move everything indoors for the reception. He did this efficiently and seamlessly, which my parents commented on. We got a bit behind on our timeline for the day (I was late to my own wedding), but Andy worked with my venue team to readjust the day and things went smoothly. Besides the food, the DJ was the best thing at our wedding. We sent Andy a list of our must haves songs, a list of "kind" of songs we wanted played and the songs for like processional, recessional etc. When I tell you that he rocked the house, I mean everyone was on their feet dancing. It was like our wedding was a big party that we threw for 60 of our nearest and dearest. So....much...fun!! Wish we could do it all over again lol Sent on 10/28/2014
